Southwest TAB & Commissioning is an independent, NEBB certified, Test and Balance and Commissioning Firm, established in 1998. Southwest TAB & Commissioning was originally established as a continuation of the former R&B Equipment Company, Test and Balance Division. All rights, and certificates held through National Environmental Balancing Bureau were acknowledged and transferred to establish Southwest TAB & Commissioning as an independent, certified Test and Balance company.
